Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access secure, and confirming they are authorized to represent the company, domain, or system connected to a report or service request.
Claiming a report does not authorize deeper testing. Authenticated testing, payment-flow review, upload testing, heavy automation, or broader security assessment requires separate written authorization and defined scope.
Report materials may include sensitive information. Users should not publish, forward, or misuse report details in a way that increases risk to the company, customers, Flagpole, or third parties.
Services, pricing, timelines, refunds, cancellations, deliverables, and recurring monitoring terms may vary by scope and should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Flagpole may suspend access, revoke links, pause work, or decline service if use appears unauthorized, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with responsible disclosure.
